Suggestion - ask your landlord/lady for a preferred supplier. Then if the flat is not cleaned well, the supplier risks losing future business.
Excellent comment, that's what we're intendign to do when we move out

We regularly clean the filters on our taps and at least a couple of times a year, clean the shutters on the outside.
Our dishwasher was not draining properly last week so I ordered and fitted a new drainage pump gasket. Routine maintenance.
Our kitchen extractor fan would pass an inspection now. The filters were in the dishwasher last night and the rest was cleaned (it wasn't that dirty because it gets done regularly).
Oh dear, it would never have occurred to me that taps have filters that needed cleaning! The kitchen extractor fan (and a fan in the shower room) and the oven have been on my 'to do' list for a while now, and I was sure there were other things I was missing, but things like going the outside of the shutters... well that's impossible for us as we're on the 3rd and 4th floor...
