Re: Menu Planning?

I found some good ideas and menu planning tools on netmums.com.

October is going to be a good month for us grocery wise as we are travelling to the US. On the other hand, I have probably already ordered more $ worth in stuff than our grocery bills would have been. But I used my $ account so it is like it is for free . Hubby doesn't necessarily agree... But, I think I will be surprised when I go back as things aren't as cheap there as they used to be. And I will probably faint when I see the aisles of junk food...as will the kids I am glad that there is such an emphasis on eating healthy here for the kids - my kids eat their chips and all, but they also eat fruits and vegs and salads pretty well. Sometimes when I see the pics of our friends' kids back in the US, I think they are already doomed for a life of obesity...
