Commercial real estate can be. But i suspect OP is talking about a single family residence which is probably not going to be classified as commercial real estate.

I suspect that what you are talking about is setting up a company to get a b permit, not to buy a house thru that company
I don't think we're talking about holiday homes. Setting up a company will not get you a B permit........
Some people who have B permits for tax reasons want too loose the permit & keep the property, so a company could be used . It's for high net worth people......it's the unintended result of changing tax law to be 'fair', not a way to get a permit!
