Living in Zurich. Registering with a new Gemeinde/Kanton process
Hi there everyone,

I have searched the forum up and down for an answer to this and found nothing. I have been living in Zurich since May 2011 and I am now planning to move to Aargau. I was wondering what the process was. Do I have to just simply register with the new Gemeinde or do I have to deregister with my current Gemeinde? Also I am buying a car in the next few weeks before I move, so should I change address with Gemeinde/Strassenverkehrsamt before buying the car, as I would be moving 2 weeks after buying the car. Hope someone can clarify this for me. Thanks in advance.
