Re: Permits and leaving CH (but maybe coming back)

Im very curious about something. Lets say that I have a C permit and a job here, been working here for years.

Lets then say that I am offered a job in London. What if I go and do my 3 month probation and it doesnt work out?

From what I read here, it seems like I wouldnt have to give up my C permit that quickly. But would I lose the right to collect unemployment benefit?

I suppose what Im asking is, what is the best thing to do in these circumstances? Im sure that some of us at least have faced such a choice before? How to handle? Any advice??
