While downloading you are also uploading. So it could get you into trouble if using P2P, as that is how it works.

Simple example: Lets say you are downloading a 1 hour movie,
it is big, so P2P breaks it down into 100 little pieces. You quickly download 10 pieces from guy 1, at the same time another 10 pieces from guy 2, etc.

But while this is downloading, the software starts to then *upload* the pieces you just downloaded - to someone else.

I visit watch32.com, which doesn't seem to upload, it just streams to you (which is basically continual downloading)
