Getting married will not change the permit from N to F ( for this to happen, the BfM must be convinced that the N permit holder cannot be sent back to SL within the next 12 months AND that the asylum claim is not individual, but affects a general class of persons and warrants a temporary admittance ).

If the claims are substantiated and believed and it uniquely affects only the N permit holder within the Convention rules and within Swiss domestic asylum rules, then the N might be granted to a refugee B.

Marriage alone is not good enough to change the permit.
