We are thinking of a snack bar, where we can make the smoothies on the spot (where customers can directly see, how they are made). The customers can either take them away or find a place to sit inside or outside the store. The cakes and other homemade snacks, we can cook them at home, since putting up a stove in the store is also another cost. These are just plans right now.
Not sure you can just make cakes at home... You are getting into much more complicated waters there. I think you need a brevet (certification). You might want to consider selling cakes made by a professional bakery.
