Re: How much can I get from the AHV/AVS reimbursement

I know I'm resurrecting an old post but it seems to be the newest relevant.
So does anyone has an idea on how AHV reimbursement amount is calculated?
Here is my story. I was an L-permit holder for 2 years with relatively high salary (Software Engineer). Was employed for 1.5 years out of these 2. Normal AHV contributions 5,05 % * 2 (with employer part). Precisely my total AHV/IV/EO/ALV/NBUV contributions were 11.50% of my brutto income (a bit more than 10,1% is due to tax at source I believe).
Recently I received the reimbursement which was 0,909% of my brutto income and 7,9% of total AHV&stuff contributions. Is that "normal" (expected)?
I'm asking because AFAIK as an L-permit holder I wasn't eligible to any benefits that AHV&stuff brings to its contributors, and paying 11,49% of total income for insurances that doesn't work seems to be too much. And yes, they told that "not all contributions should be reimbursed", but this looks more like "You'll get almost nothing".
