Re: Erecting a garden shed?

One school of this thought is that anything "non permanent" you can build - ie a shed with no attached concrete foundation, that you can take again when you leave.

Another is, anything over 160m high, you need permission from the Gemeinde.

There is also the idea that it is easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission- this would mean, build the shed, see what happens. It really depends on how much of a life your neighbours have - if they can be bothered to complain to "the authorities".
