Cylinder Head on an American SUV

Is this something I could do myself without having the cherry pick it out of the frame? I have never done this before, and was wondering how expensive of a job it would be if I did it myself, parts, and time included.

Chevy Blazer, 1990's truck, automatic transmission.

Or, if there are any forum mechanics with some spare time on their hands, and know how to do the work, I could be interested in giving out the work to someone who knows what they are doing.

I have access to a DIY garage in the Horgen area if you are local.
