Additional info: the sender should label the box in a special way to be recognized as Artwork??
No special way, but has to describe what it is. Eg painting, vase, etc. You only pay the VAT 8% and you are OK

(The only things that have customs duty are alcohol, tobacco, meat, butter, milk, eggs, vegetables, fruit, flowers, oils, apple juice, and petrol/diesel (in plastic containers in the car). The rest has 0 customs duty, except for VAT)
