Never heard of Weetabix before but got a package of them because it looks like a "healthy" breakfast.

First surprise: they're HUGE! I expected them to be bite-sized. I had to break them apart into smaller pieces.

Second surprise: they're soaking up milk like sponges. I'm left with a unappetizing looking mush. The crispness is gone.

So how do you eat Weetabix? Dip one in milk and quickly bite a piece off?
(I'm asking here because apparently they're part of Britain's cultural heritage.)
My method is...

Two in a bowl, slosh in some milk (don't swamp them), sprinkle on a wee bit of sugar and eat immediately. If you leave them for any length of time they go a bit mushy but some people like them like that.
