I've just been looking at websites, and so far I see one Swiss program (Graduate Institute in Geneva) with an incredibly low price tag (especially by US law standards) where legal residence in Switzerland makes it about a 1/2 price action. I haven't seen something similar when looking at other Swiss "international" (read: english language) LLM programs in, say, Bern or Zurich. The program I was looking at that prompted this question about EU status was actually in the UK, Reading.
Not sure what an LLM program is, but for the UK, definitely talk to the university directly. There your 3+ years of Swiss residency may or may not qualify you for home fees - apparently the UK universities are not consistent about how they make those determinations.
