It doesn't matter if the permit it tied to the employer. The rights to work anywhere in Switzerland still exist. Also, a change of job is not excluded.
"A change of job may be approved, if there is good cause and the requirements of Articles 22 and 23 are fulfilled."
I tried the "en" and it didn't work. Maybe there was glitch at the time. I'm glad they do have in English also.
