Hi guys,

Sorry to bother everyone, but my works accident insurance has decided they will not pay for a back injury (dr, MRI, chiro, physio, etc) in December.

They say this is due to a back surgery in the UK 17 years ago, when i had probelms that started over 20 years ago...........

I suspect I know the answer, but do I have any leg to stand on to argue?

Thanks, Vada
Did you have a medical before you started? If so, was the previous operation listed as a pre-existing condition? If not, you might have an argument if you find a doctor to categorically state this accident was not related to your previous op.
