My apartment got cabled for Swisscom FTTH

The installers fitted a FTTH socket on the wall.
When I asked about install costs, they said that it was all paid by Swisscom

So all I need to do, if I ever want Swisscom FTTH, is plug in the modem to the power and the FTTH socket on the wall. That's all.

My wife's sister just moved into a brand new apartment so wired up.
I spent an hour trying to get it to work...

Then a guy from swisscom was called in; after an hour the wireless internet worked and the fix net phone but only in the cupboard with the distribution panel - the TV did not work and none of the 6 distribution points in the apartment worked - the swisscom guy comes back on Tuesday...........
