Thank you very much for your answers! I can imagine that it is hard to get a job/work permit, if you are not swiss and non-EU-citizen.But science is an exception.

However, I should figure out, how and where to receive my national visa (D) sa well as my work permit in case I decide to work as PostDoc in Switzerland. Therefore, I have asked you this question.
Find an employer who will hire you as a postdoc and apply for a permit for you.

With this, everything is a piece of cake, you do not even have to take care of how to arrange the permit/visa.

Without this, everything is just impossible.

You have the visa D and the permit AFTER you get the job and come to Switzerland, not after you decide to look for a job in Switzerland.

For the job of postdoc in Switzerland, you just have to look for it while you are physically in Germany.
