Re: Share your Ryanair experiences

Dear Juan Sanchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez

Your comments on Ryanair are fair and balanced.

Given a choice - almost never as Easy/Ryan hardly compete on routes - Easy wins every time.

You know Ryanair don't carry tap water for drinking and the crew have to buy drink on board - I mean water - for themselves.

On the plus, the aircraft fleet is one of the newest and they are obsessively punctual - not for customer service but for profitability.

One HUGE caveat - there was a BBC programme (Panorama) which investigated Ryanair's air safety procedures - ie they don't carry much spare fuel, etc. For those who care, this invisible cost saving may not be worth it. So far they have been lucky - God forbid their planes fall out of the sky then their fabulously wealthy and obnoxious CEO can spend time economy class in at Her Majesty's Pleasure (if he doesn't buy off the Irish Government to protect him)
