You received a letter in May, did you search / install your TV after 3rd June, as required?

Has anyone else had problems since UPC had it's digital "change-over day" on June 3rd?

. Both TVs are in central Zurich and use a digicard. I tried updating the TV software. I tried a new channel scan. Nothing helps.
Maybe I'm missing something but doesn't the bit in bold give that information?
