Entering Switzerland with tourism visa while student visa processing

Good Afternoon everybody,

For various reasons, I will only be able to apply the entry visa from 14th of August and my course at ZHAW will begin at 15th of September.
(The visa procedure usually takes 6 to 8weeks and even more)

So I am planning to apply my visa and go there as tourist and go out and come back with the visa. (As Korean, it is okay to travel Switzerland without any visa. Furthermore I'm a current student in the Netherland and got a residence permit for studying.)
However, I was told by Swiss embassy in the Netherland that I can not do that and now I am wondering if there is any possiblity they kick me out of the country the fact that I study without student visa.

I know this question has been discussed in this page quite often. However I'd like to hear your current experiences and get some more advices about it.

Thank you for your kind response and sharing experience/idea.
