my experience of that has been "we'll send it back to the manufacturer at your cost"
just to clarify
this would be a box shifting type company, make and model etc would be supplied but taking individual pics, upgrading etc etc would be out, or course that also means you could get lucky and get an upgraded laptop.
otherwise the costs and of course prices would start to rise sharply.
