I stretch for the love of stretching! I enjoy that stretching feeling that "normal" people seem to describe as "pain". (I seem to be more flexible than "normal") I thought one was supposed to stretch both before and after exercise, I always remember to before but after I most often simply forget to. I am very prone to ankle sprains. I put this down to my hypermobility. Could it be because I am stretching before the run?
