Then it's all in the first post really. The club has to advertise both with unemployment and EU-wide. Once that's done they may apply for a work permit for your GF.

By the way, this forum exists for foreigners who are at a loss navigating the Swiss employment system, not for Swiss employers who are lazy to do so.
