Re: France: Charlie Hebdo Office shootings

I'd be curious to know how how the family and friends of the police officers that were killed truly feel about Charlie Hebdo now.

Last night, I was watching BBC World News, and a British journalist was interviewing a female French politician of some sort. The journalist raised the question of whether or not Charlie Hebdo should have been a bit more cautious about whom their magazine was offending. It was obvious that the French woman was, herself, offended by the question. She responded by saying that the French have their type of humor and that the British have theirs. She then said that the French respect British humor (implying that the British should, in turn, respect theirs). I just found it a bit interesting...
