Briefly, as a non-EU you have no "right" to family reunification, but you can apply to cantonal authorities for an exception. You'll need to prove you have sufficient income to support everyone without relying on social benefits. You also need a large enough apartment/house for everyone. Contact your local migration authorities (there's a link near the top of one of these threads) to ask for more specifics.
