Can't tell from picture what's the hole diameter, but if it's 4cm or more you are good to go, dont worry. You can buy ceiling hooks specially made for holes, they have a patent and are very easy to use. Hooks are extendable, just put hook in hole and screw clock wise, hook will extend and catch the side walls inside the hole. That's it after that you can hang whatever on it without damaging anything. Dont have a pic from the hook right now, but I think you can buy them in Jumbo, Coop bau+hobby or any other hobby store. Just pay attention on diameter cos there are few sizes.
