Short answer. Get a job here. That's the only way.

Priority is given to Swiss/EU nationals so getting a job here is very difficult for non-EU nationals.

To be honest, I can't see any employer going to the time and expense of putting in an application for a political science graduate as there are probably plenty of EU nationals who fit the criteria.

Only other way would be to get an au pair position for a year, but you have to be hired through an approved Swiss agency for that.
