1) You find cheapest option
2) You request "SERVICE level agreement"
3) You receive bad SERVICE
4) You want to continue based on price

Really????

If they respond with the speed of a Brontosaurus to sales emails (the bit that brings in money) do you really think they'll be any better when something goes wrong (the bit that costs money)??
