No, you're wrong. I run my own bar and, even as the owner, I get between 50 and 100 chufs a night in tips.
And what's that as a percentage of takings and how typical a Swiss bar do you run? Any foreigners come there for example? In New York for example, tips run about 18% of the nights takings. Here I've seen some people leave a couple of coins at best.
