Re: Pellet or Wood burning stove ?

We had a stove in our previous house from Tonwerk. They are storage heater stoves and retain heat for hours and hours. In 6 years, we never once heated thr ground floor of our house by any other means than by this stove. It was expensive to buy but then running costs were minimum. The room was a large open plan ground floor (including living area, dining area kitchen and hall) but despite the size it was often too hot and we had to open windows.

This is the one we chose. It was 9 yrs ago so they could have introduced better models since. http://www.tonwerk-ag.com/en/Products
