I would be most interested as to how they intend to produce a vaccine direcetd towards an endogenous protein and how they intend to target it against a protein sysnthesised in a mucosal tissue.

My approach would be to generate a genetically modified cat that doesn't produce Fel d 1, the protein responsible for cat allergies .
