Re: Can I lose LOT of fat in 100 days?

A lot of hard exercising, extreme calorie reduction and then try and stick with that for the rest of your life. Doing something like that in 100 days is dangerous for your health. Much better to lose only 2 pounds/1kg a week with moderate exercise and sensible, not starving, eating. You're much more likely to get the weight off and keep it off. It'll take longer, but your body will thank you for it.
