Re: Vaccine Question

I hope you are willing to reconsider your uninformed opinion as not only will your own kids be at risk for preventable diseases while they have no choice in the matter but also you will contribute to reduce the herd-immunity so that non-immunized children are susceptible to infections - this includes kids too young to be vaccinated or immune-compromised (e.g. kids suffering from cancer). If you are not, please don't forget to inform your schools/day care centres so parents like me have the choice to stay away.
As part of my research, I'm asking why you, a parent of a vaccinated child, would be afraid of a not vaccinated one. Isn't the vaccine supposed to protect?
I truly understand why I should be afraid (if the decision in the end would be not to vaccinate), but don't understand why you should.
I see even if I do vaccinate I would be afraid of potentially not vaccinated colleagues. What's the point then?
Thanks you!
