Second this. I searched high and low throughout Züri-land (well, as far as anyone allergic to shopping can...) but always came away disappointed.

So I bought OH a french cookbook (he's a far better chef than I) and now he has become something of a Pâte master. It's actually easy to make - and the varieties infinite.

Or you could choose the 'fun' option - head out to Beaune (FR) to Ma Cuisine, a small bistro that makes perhaps the best terrine I have ever had:

A 4-5 hour drive is nothing if the goal is a good pâte lunch.
