He clearly states the money to be used for Schools, Hospitals, Doctors
So all 350 million not on the NHS. Also he said he'd like for the money to be spent on that. Not that it will be spent on that, because he knows as well as anyone with half a brain cell that he has no influence on government spending or on the official leave campaign policies.

Don't get me wrong. I loathe Farrage and I'm a firm remainer. But some of the shit coming out is just silly buggers.
