Exactly. Once everyone calms down (if they ever do ) then the real work will start. It's perfectly possible and could even lead the way to reforming the rest of the EU along looser lines.

I think this is another thing that has put people in all EU countries off the European dream.

Excuse me, but the EU has 28 members doesn't it, not 2? Yet France and Germany always come to the fore with their decisions on the path the EU is going to take. Other nations can't help but feel marginalised.
