Very funny... I'd love to hear exactly how they imagine doing that with the present German naturalization laws. "Offering" citizenship is an interesting concept. There is nothing to "bend" in those rules. This is just media noise to make Germany look attractive to young skilled labour so much needed in Germany. Fair game, but just a game.
