just watch out...once you know how it's done...you'll be required to become a 'mr fix-it'... might also need a wrench/spanner to do the task...
I would advise against, as part of your rental contract your Verrmieter (Renter) is obliged to repair any faults. However, if you try a repair & screw it up, you will get hit very heavily for a plumber.
