Double taxation agreement isn't anything special. It just means that you will not get taxed on the same income twice. You may have to pay taxes in both places. If you do then you will get credit in country A for taxes paid to country B.

Anyway.... You will get taxes where you are resident. As MF says, you are resident where you "center of life is". So even you have a permit in Switzerland you will likely be taxed anyway in Portugal. Unless you have never lived in Portugal before, but that's a different subject.

How much is the salary? (this is the most important question really)
How often will you need to come to Switzerland?
What kind of work it is?
Why is the CEO going into negotiations with you on a Sunday?
