Hi all,
I am employed 100% and have been working at my company over a year now. It is written in my contract that I will be entitled to 80% of my salary for a period of 14 weeks after giving birth. There is also a sentence that these conditions apply if I work during my pregnancy at least for 5 months.
Today I have learned that I have a high-risk pregnancy and that I should expect to work only till I am 20 weeks pregnant or so.
My question is, by law, am I going to be entitled to have the 80% of the salary during my maternity leave if I have to leave, for example, at 19 weeks?
And during the remaining weeks of my pregnancy 19-40, how much am I going to be paid?
I am a bit worried now as I am expecting twins and the expenses will be quite high
