There is no easy answer.
The answer is not to solely rely on the parameters of the parental controls to restrict internet access. Most internet awareness advice given out by schools advocate parents as the most effective barrier and not allowing kids to surf behind closed doors. When you have multilingual kids, preselected parental controls are a piece of cake to get around.

All our devices are wifi access only so sneaky playground surfing doesn't work.
