Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

On the other hand, the Repugs have no need to listen to their constituents as they gleefully fleece them of Health care and social security. Although, here Trump *might* have a positive impact. Maybe.
It is true that Obamacare is falling apart in some cases, and needs to be re-engineered. I don't think Social Security can really be touched, as it is not an entitlement program. It is something recipients pay into.

Repugs are not likely to feel compelled to listed to Democrats, and its not the Repugs that Democrats need to listen to. If Democrats are serious about staying in the business of representing the people, they need to listen to real people instead of trying to force an agenda on them.

Ironically, if the Repugs get too radical, Trump may be the Democrats' saviour and ally.
