I just checked the websites and they are undergoing web maintenance from 08:00 to 12:00. I posted at 07:42 so made it just before they shut down temporarily.

FYI, check out the car-sharing program, Mobility cars. It's a great program if you don't drive daily, but still need a car every now and then.
