Reporting back. These are very nice, and cost a fraction of the fancy ones you buy at Läderach, etc. Thanks for the tip to use gloves, it made a difference. I should have refrigerated the chocolate for a bit longer, as it was still a bit too soft after 2 hours to get the shape to stay nice and round.

I actually cut the recipe into 1/4 (62.5 g of chocolate) because we're only 2 people. I got 8 truffles, which is perfect! I rolled half in cocoa powder and half in coconut flakes. Both are great.

Sorry no pics, as they don't look very appetizing, particularly the ones just coated in chocolate powder.
