No.

Double cream = Doppelrahm.

Mascarpone isn't any kind of cream, it's a type of cream-cheese aka Philidelphia.

And mascarpone is lighter than double cream.

Lastly Swissmilk does NOT say that they are the same thing, rather they are both shown on the same webpage.
