Maybe the PDF is because it's a formal press release - but then the link should be written in full otherwise any printed copy is almost useless. | |

Yes. Their method surprised me too. Either way, I intended to post the direct link to the .pdf but somehow mismanaged. Sorry about that. Maybe this is better.
