Sorry for taking forever to update this, I totally forgot!

Zurich Migrationsamt stated:

- Minimum 12-hour/week contract for an EU citizen to qualify for an L or B permit.

L or B depends on the duration of the contract:

12 months or less = L
longer than 1 year or indefinite = B
