Everyone is taxed individually. You cannot put her under your expenses unless she is physically incapable to work.

It only relates to companies operating aircraft and ships.

In general worldwide incomes wile being resident in Switzerland is taxed. Means in case of your GF this one months income is taxed in Switzerland. But, the actual taxrate applied depends on the total annual income.
