Cannot be that hard. Take out every socket, look at wire colours, look at direction of wiring, then start tracing it.

Take a phone plug with a known resistance (solder a resistor to the end) and connect to a socket. Use a multimeter and start measuring where you find the same resistance. Make a drawing of the wiring.

Most cabling is either series or star configuration. If star, find the central phone junction. If series, track down the route of the cabling.

Would only take a few hours, good job for a Saturday morning.

Once you have the drawing made, transfer it to your PC, use Visio, make it pretty, then print it and keep it with your house info.
